How do custom orders work?
Initial Communication
The first step is for us to discuss your custom piece so I can understand your vision and determine if it’s something I can create for you. Feel free to check out the shop for inspiration or browse through Flux.Flame’s social media. To get started, please fill out this form with as much detail as possible about your custom piece—the more information, the better!
Design & Details
Once I have the details about your custom piece, I’ll reach out to you with any questions I may have, along with an estimated price and the possibilities for your design. Then, we’ll begin working together on bringing your idea to life!
Production Timeline
Typically, the production of a custom piece takes 3-6 weeks. The exact timeline depends on the complexity of the design and the current order volume.
Payment Process
After we’ve finalized the design and everything is clear from both sides, I’ll send you a payment link for a deposit. This deposit covers both the initial materials and a portion of the overall cost. Once the piece has been done, I will ask you to send the other part of the fee.
